This Community Room was designed as a multi-function space for a building of over 1000 residents. It serves as a meeting place for the co-ops board meetings, community meetings and private parties.

Community Room
This multi-purpose room serves the residents of this New York co-op building for board meetings as well as social functions. The contemporary furnishings, finishes and carpet were carefully selected to withstand the high use and coordinate with the historic design elements.
